Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of AI-generated personalized videos by NAVIA, a French micro-entrepreneur, to individual customers.

2. Service description

Based on a description provided by the customer and 3 good-quality photos, NAVIA produces a personalized 1-minute video, with audio, in one of the following styles: realistic (film), animated, or manga.

3. Pricing

There is a single flat price, whatever the occasion or the style chosen:

This price includes the sound design, the approval stage described in article 4, and two rounds of corrections on the final video. It is confirmed with the customer before any payment.

4. Order process

  1. The customer submits a request through the site's form (no photo or sensitive data required).
  2. NAVIA responds within 24h to refine the storyline, the style and the concept.
  3. The customer pays the full price via the payment link provided, then sends 3 good-quality photos.
  4. Approval stage: before producing the full video, NAVIA submits 2 images and a first scene of up to 6 seconds to the customer, matching the agreed storyline. The customer is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions at this stage.
  5. Once the customer approves this stage, NAVIA produces the full video matching the storyline. Two rounds of corrections are included on the final video.

5. Turnaround

The minimum turnaround is 3 days from receipt of payment and photos. Ordering at least one week in advance is recommended.

6. Payment

The customer pays the full price via the link provided by NAVIA once the storyline is approved, prior to production of the video. Refund conditions are set out in article 9.

7. Right of withdrawal

Under French law (Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods or services made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As each video is custom-made according to each customer's own instructions, no statutory right of withdrawal can be exercised once the order is confirmed and paid. Independently of this legal framework, NAVIA grants the customer a contractual full-refund guarantee at the approval stage, under the conditions set out in article 9.

8. Declined content

NAVIA reserves the right to decline any order whose storyline involves political, violent, aggressive or intimate subjects.

9. Refunds and complaints

Artificial intelligence does not guarantee a perfect match with the represented person's looks, expressions or voice. To reduce this risk, production is split into two stages.

Approval stage. Before the full video is produced, NAVIA submits 2 images and a first scene of up to 6 seconds to the customer, matching the agreed storyline. The customer is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions at this stage. If, after those 2 revisions, the result still does not meet the customer's expectations, the order is cancelled and the full amount paid is refunded.

After approval. Once the customer approves that stage, the amount paid is no longer refundable. NAVIA produces the full video matching the agreed storyline, with two rounds of corrections included on that final video. No refund can be granted at this stage for simple aesthetic dissatisfaction, provided the delivered video matches the approved storyline and length.

Any refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original order. Customers are also encouraged to review the examples available on the site before ordering.

10. Intellectual property

The delivered video is intended for the customer's personal, private use. Unless otherwise agreed, NAVIA does not reuse the video for commercial purposes. If the customer agrees to let their video be used as a portfolio example, a 10% discount is applied to their order (see the privacy policy).

11. Liability

NAVIA uses reasonable means to properly perform the service but cannot be held liable for the inherent limitations of the AI tools used.

12. Governing law

These terms of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute not settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
