1. Who processes your data

NAVIA (Ivan DUBROVKO, French micro-entrepreneur, SIREN 108 736 406 — see legal notice), is responsible for processing data collected through this site. Contact: naviaproduction@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit a request through the site's form, we collect: your answers to the questionnaire (occasion, information about the person being celebrated, style and concept preferences), along with your name, email and phone number. No photo is requested at this stage.

Once the order is confirmed, further exchanges (email or WhatsApp) are used to collect 3 good-quality photos needed to produce the video.

3. Purpose of processing

This data is used exclusively to: assess and price your request, produce the ordered video, communicate with you during production, and manage the business relationship (invoicing, follow-up).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then on the performance of the service contract once the order is confirmed.

5. Recipients and hosting

The request form is submitted via Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA) and forwarded by email and WhatsApp to the provider. Photos, produced videos and order history are kept by NAVIA on infrastructure located in the European Union. This data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Retention period

If you agree to let your video be used as a portfolio example, you get a 10% discount on your order, and the project may be kept beyond the current year for showcase purposes. If you decline, your video, order history and photos are kept until the end of the current calendar year, then permanently deleted. If you place a new order after that date, this information and the photos will need to be provided again.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at naviaproduction@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

8. Security

Reasonable measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

9. Cookies and audience measurement

Advertising cookies (Google Ads) — subject to your consent

We run ads through Google Ads. The Google Ads tag is present on every page of the site, but no advertising cookie is set and no identifier is read until you have given your consent: the site runs Google Consent Mode v2, with ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied by default.

A banner lets you accept or reject these cookies, both options being offered at the same level. If you reject them, Google only receives anonymous, aggregated measurements, with no cookie and no advertising identifier (the browsing data sent is also redacted: ads_data_redaction). If you accept, Google sets cookies used to measure whether your visit followed an ad and whether it led to a quote request.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage for six months, after which you are asked again. You can change it at any time through the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser's site data. The controller for these cookies is Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's cookie policy.

Audience measurement (Umami) — cookieless

Site traffic is measured with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool. What is recorded, in aggregate form: the pages viewed, the referring page or search engine, the country, the language, the device type and browser, and interactions with the page (button clicks, reading progress, time spent). Your IP address is not stored, no advertising identifier is created, and no individual profile is built.

These statistics are used solely to understand what visitors are interested in and to improve the site. They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties for commercial purposes, and are kept for thirteen months at most. Because this measurement is strictly limited to improving the site, uses no cookies and cannot identify you, it does not require prior consent and stays active whatever your choice about advertising cookies. You may nevertheless block it at any time using a blocking extension in your browser.
