The minimum turnaround is 3 days. I recommend ordering at least a week in advance to leave enough time to exchange details and approve the result together.

Almost. Any idea or concept you bring is welcome — and if you'd rather leave the creative side to me, I'll gladly come up with the storyline myself, based on the answers in your questionnaire. Just note that I don't work on subjects related to politics, intimacy or violence.

Your video, your order history and your photos are kept on a server located in the EU, then deleted at the beginning of each calendar year. If you order again after that date, this information and the photos will need to be sent again. See the privacy policy.

AI doesn't guarantee a perfect match with a person's looks or expressions. To keep that risk as low as possible, I work in two stages. Before producing the full video, I send you 2 images and a first scene of up to 6 seconds, matching the agreed storyline — with 2 rounds of revisions available at this stage. If after those revisions the result still doesn't meet your expectations, the order is cancelled and fully refunded.

If you approve that first stage, I produce the full version, which can then be corrected twice. From that point on the amount is non-refundable: every project takes hours of work, creative input and several paid tool subscriptions. You can also review the examples and their source photos before ordering.
